Training Manager Operations

Design and create, in collaboration with the technical and business teams, all relevant training materials and course programmes necessary to deliver system learning effectively to users. Ability to manage training programmes to a high standard, drawing on a sound knowledge of the global trust and corporate services industry. Must have good people skills in order to manage the varying levels of expertise and learning styles to be found across the business spanning multiple jurisdictions and staff experience.
