Joining the agency in 1994, and having managed it for many years, Rachael eventually bought the business in 2013. Heading up the agency and directing strategy, Rachael remains actively involved with recruitment across all areas of the business, from entry to executive level. A Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, her knowledge of the industry is extensive and she enjoys long-standing relationships with candidates and clients alike.
