Planned Maintenance Officer (Project Manager)

Manage planned and cyclical maintenance projects, overseeing contracts, budgets, contractors and consultants to ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective delivery. Must have a relevant construction qualification or 5+ years experience in planned maintenance, along with strong project management, communication and IT skills.
