Continuous Improvement Manager

Results-driven individual needed to lead and develop a team dedicated to driving efficiency, quality and performance across the organisation. Applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to redesign and streamline processes, implementing key projects and initiatives that optimise processes and increase productivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at using data to drive decision-making supported by a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
