Senior Associate - Corporate & Commercial

Qualified lawyer with 5 years PQE in the corporate and/or commercial departments sought to provide clients clear and focused advice and lead the management of files and work with the wider team on larger-scale transactions. You will also play a key role in business development activities and mentor and supervise junior members of the team. Ability to build and maintain existing client relationships of the firm.
