Support the in-house Legal Counsel function within the Group on all aspects company law, trust law, commercial contracts, employment law, regulatory compliance, company secretarial duties and relevant international developments. The successful candidate will assist with various internal legal projects, as well as drafting and reviewing documents to facilitate client transactions. 3 years PQE. 9 month FTC.
