Commercially focused Lawyer with 6 years PQE preferably in the telecoms or technology industries sought to advise the business across all departments on legal and commercial risk and propose commercially focused solutions to ensure any potential legal / contractual risks are identified and mitigated. Strong experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including agreements relating to hardware, software licensing, services, IT support and end user license agreements.
