Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE sought to join Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory team. You ll support clients in connection with a wide range of transactional and advisory work, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, solvent and insolvent restructurings, structuring advice and implementation and financial services regulatory matters. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, to help retain and attract more work into the business.
