Advocate Wills & Probate

Jersey qualified lawyer with between 5 -10 years PQE required to join highly regarded firm as Head of Department. You will be responsible for a varied caseload with a particular focus on complex wills drafting, estate planning and advising on lasting powers of attorney. The role also involves leading and supporting a small team of lawyers and legal assistants who manage their own caseloads.
