Senior Operations Engineer – Cloud Services

Lead operational duties for the hardware and software technologies hosting the firms cloud services. You will be primarily responsible for taking ownership of the customer experience, providing professional communications to customers, break fix incidents, customer requests, service improvements, 3rd party vendor and support management. Strong knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, storage, virtualisation, virtual desktops and security systems is essential.
