IT Support

Provide first-line support to internal and external customers or vendors for hardware, software and network issues, delivering high-quality service and expert advice on all IT related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Microsoft server and Exchange environments and applications including VMWare and Citrix. A relevant professional IT qualification is desirable e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Technician, Level 3 BTEC Diploma in IT.
