The primary focus is to perform end-to end testing of new or updated business processes, system changes, documentation, forms, workflows, automations and intergrations, validating that operational, regulatory requirements are met before changes are deployed into the live environment. Experience in an operational, administrative or process-related role within Insurance, Financial Services, or similar is essential.
