Human Resources Officer

Motivated HR professional sought to provide a comprehensive and confidential service across a broad range of disciplines. The role will support and deliver key HR initiatives, including recruitment and onboarding, succession planning, employee retention and wellbeing, absence and performance management, employee relations and talent management. A minimum of 5 years experience, excellent knowledge and understanding of Jersey employment legislation and holding or working towards level 3 CIPD is essential.
