Provide generalist HR support with a focus on acting in an advisory role. Practical HR Database or Payroll software experience gained within a financial services business, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification. Must have a positive and proactive approach, excellent administration skills with a high degree of numeracy and literacy coupled with advanced IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
