HR Business Partner - Ops & Data

Provide advice, guidance and HR expertise to the Operations line managers in all aspects of employee relations. You ll be responsible for group wide HR data analysis to identify trends, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for action. Must have strong experience in leading the recruitment of all new operational employees, including the development of job descriptions, preparing advertisements, short-listing and interviewing appropriate candidates. CIPD qualified.
