Undertake administrative duties to support policies, procedures and practices for all employees of the Firms Channel Islands and UK Group. Including involvement with the recruitment process and initial first day induction training for all new employees. You ll also manage the preparation and processing of CI and UK payroll, pension and the associated reporting, benefit programmes and holiday schemes. IT savvy and a minimum of 2 years previous experience.
