Working within the regulatory framework, ensure that governance oversight and compliance protocols within the Group are appropriately applied establishing the efficient and effective on-boarding and formation of structures for new and existing clients. You will have responsibility for the management and training of members of the team, conducting appraisals and performance management reviews.
