Provide highly specialist knowledge to the Custody Operations team, including complex issue resolution management, day-to-day client escalations and Custody Operations advice. Support and organise overall efficiency and team performance to promote a positive client experience, while minimising operational incidents and mitigating risk. 5-7 years Banking Operations experience supported by a relevant qualification.
