Residential Property Manager

Oversee a portfolio of properties. You will liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors, perform property inspections, arrange maintenance works, prepare leases and lease renewals. It is essential to have great communication skills and ability to problem solve, as an excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively and have a good level of understanding of property law and health and safety regulations. Minimum 2 years experience in property management or similar role.
