Head of Claims

Manage and lead a first class claims service, overseeing all aspects of the operation of the Claims team ensuring they meet service delivery targets whilst delivering customer satisfaction. Must have excellent team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general insurance, specific claims leadership experience would be an advantage supported by Dip CII and/or a relevant leadership qualification is desirable e.g. ILM, CMI.
