Facilities Officer

Individual with a minimum of five years experience in the construction industry focused, preferably around the Mechanical and Electrical sector sought to be responsible for managing, monitoring and assuring the delivery of responsive repairs, refurbishments and associated property services through appointed contractors, ensuring works are completed to the required standards, timescales and customer expectations. You ll undertake property inspections, quality checks, defect investigations and client engagement activities. Proven ability to interpret specifications and contracts.
