Lead and develop the Customer Service team across the group by driving a high performance, compliant and customer centric culture. Ability to proactively prevent and/or manage conflict face to face or by phone ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience gained from a similar customer services role and a willingness to become familiar with the Insurance market products and services.
