Take responsibility for processing client requests and the efficient delivery of maintenance and facilities management, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of engineers and resources. In addition, provide support to other areas of the business when required, including attending customer meetings, organising events, preparing presentations and newsletter articles. Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong focus on providing a top client service.
