Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries by telephone, online, written and face to face. As part of the team, ensure that all queries / enquiries are dealt with efficiently. In addition, provide administrative support in all areas of the department, including billing and debt collection. Must have a calm confident manner, excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
