Block Property Manager

Oversee the management and maintenance of properties, working closely with the owners and contractors. You ll conduct inspections to assess maintenance needs, health and safety compliance and overall condition of the properties, handle owner inquiries, complaints and requests promptly and professionally to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio. Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or similar role and a good understanding of property law and health and safety regulations.
