Credit Control Manager

Lead the Income Recovery Team while creating a positive, supportive and accountable working environment. The role oversees the consistent and effective delivery of income recovery services, ensuring accounts are reviewed regularly and early action is taken where payments are missed. It maintains and improves the team s processes and procedures, monitors performance and risk and provides clear, high level reporting and assurance to the Head of Finance. Must be a strong people leader with experience supporting and developing a client facing team and a proven track record of income recovery, credit control and debt management is essential.
