Customer Service Executive

Provide support to the Business and clients ensuring a high-quality service is delivered on all aspects of instruction received from clients to process payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits and corporate actions. Ability to resolve queries and identify opportunities to cross and up sell the banks products and services. Experience in Banking preferred.
