Office Assistant

As part of the Ops team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and general office duties. Support the Ops Director in the efficient running of the office by maintaining office supplies, stationery, catering, equipment, answer incoming calls, directing messages and emails to the appropriate person and sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Must have a proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to organise and plan own work. 7 month contract.
